RGT-8 Porsche 977 V8

RUF is one of the most important Porsche tuners, the cars being prepared for a high exclusivity. The new creation is a Porsche 997 with V8 engine.

RUF is more than just a tuner. The cars prepared by RUF depart than series models. By the example of their latest curly model: RGT-8 Porsche 997 V8. It was a Porsche 977 and has a V8 engine mounted, specially created for it. Sprcs: a 4.5-liters engine which develops 550 HP at 8,500 RPM and 369 lb-ft of torque at 5,400 RPM.

With 441 pounds less and a six-speed manual gearbox, the power plant manages to convey all the power to the rear wheels, equipped with Michelin Sport Cup tires and 19 inches wheels. The ceramic disc brake system provides safe conduct on the track, performance is assured by a light weight: doors and hood are made of aluminum and carbon fiber rear fender.
